About Me:: I'm soma! I need art like I need water and air. I have been crafting it up since I was a wee one. I used to make elaborate houses for my cats (I'm a cat lady). I say rad a lot. I am a twin (I am the older one) and am left handed.

I am a New York (upstate! read: middle of nowhere) transplant living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I packed up a uhaul and my 3 cats and traveled cross country to Portland Oregon on a whim - sight unseen! I have called Portland my home for almost 2 years now! It was the best thing I have ever done.

I am in love with things left behind, old polaroids and magazines, rusty car junkyards and abandoned houses. You will see these themes primarily in my Holga photography. My favorite thing to do is take spontaneous road trips in search of these abandoned houses and junk yards. I absolutely love color and rust and decay.
